Bytes & Bobbins

That’s where I went for vacation last week.  It was the camping I spoke of in an earlier post.  All i can say is, the park was beautiful and well maintained.  They helped to make my *first* camping experience a positive one (the weather on the other hand was not so helpful).

When we arrived on Thursday afternoon (about 3pm) we set up camp and ate dinner.  The 8 of us devoured about 5 lbs. of ribs.  In the camping crew were, myself and my brother, along with my husband and his 3 brothers, 1 sister, and mother. Friday morning was the big hike.  The photos above are from said hike.  You can see more on the flickr account here.

I’m pretty excited about it.  It’s a nice little spot, walking distance to resturantes, shops, and a movie theater.  I think Neal and I will fit in perfectly there.  Plus we’ll be able to ride the ferry to work in the morning.  Goodbye morning commute!
